I'm very excited to be chosen by Portland. It's definitely a dream come true to be playing in the WNBA.

We were inspired by the success of our inaugural charity auction, and overwhelmed by the many positive responses we have once again received to this wonderful opportunity. We are heartened by the generosity of those who have donated items, and look forward to attracting a new group of fans to Jackie Robinson's living legacy and the work that we do at the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
