I would be glad to go back to the United States and talk about the Arab women I've met.

We in America take our freedoms very seriously. I believe women should be free and equal participants in society. I feel that as an American woman that my ability to drive is an important part of my freedom.

I would hope that is not the case. I hope the people of the United Arab Emirates and the government will understand that in a democracy, there is a process of debate.

It's something that our U.S. government has said a number of times in the past. It's information that was used very widely after his attack on the Kurds. I believe it was close to 300,000, ... That's something I said every day in the course of the campaign. That's information that we talked about a great deal in America.

The Bush campaign fought for the format that is being used tonight and I think was used successfully last week in the vice presidential debate. People seem to like it. It allows for a very thoughtful exchange of ideas and substance, and that's exactly what Gov. Bush intends to engage in tonight.
