People will have alibis for certain time periods, and if you can determine death happened at another time, it makes a difference in the court case,

Fresh in my mind now is how they tortured her to death, how terrified she looked prior to her death. . . . That will be an image that stays with me and my family the rest of our lives, ... I do not know what that ruling means. How can I rejoice? What's the difference ? death sentences, lifetime prison terms or other verdicts, when for seven years innocent people are in jail.
