To teach is to learn twice.

The only way we will make a difference is through education.

I think some of the students will be ones who want to pursue professional technical education and get a two-year associate degree. Some may be students who applied to Boise State and couldn't get in. We turned away 800 last fall.

You have got to educate people, and you need to enforce existing laws, so that people do not intrude onto grade crossings and that people are more careful as they approach grade crossings.
