Spreuken over Succes

I don't try to be the best; I try to be my best. If I am the best than I'm happy, and if I'm not, I'm still satisfied. In doing my best, I know I have succeeded.

It really slowed things down. Teams were successful playing that way, but it didn't lead to exciting hockey.

In a football game and in the corporate workplace there is a huge difference between teams that achieve great success and teams that become dismal failures. The answer is effective communication- teams that can openly share ideas, focus on the task, and communicate proactively should not be surprised by their achievements.

What has happened here in the last few years is a major success story, but we are not under any illusion that it's ... in the bag. There are still major problems to be resolved and it could slide backward.
