Spreuken over Succes

It's a different era. Both Scotties were a big part of the success of the Devils. We'd all been here for 12 or 13 years and now there is a big change. It will be tough on the ice. Those were two guys who logged a lot of minutes and played really well for us.

Finishing under .500 isn't by any means a successful season. We want to get into the MAC Tournament. To do that, we'll have to get it together this weekend.

We should try to improve upon ourselves by working hard so that we achieve success and also a respectable status in society.

If Coach needed me to come off the bench to be successful, I was going to do that. Obviously we went through a stretch in which we didn't win games, and with the injury to Jarvis Hayes, he told me I had the opportunity to start. He asked me how I felt about it, and I said, 'If the team's going to be better with me starting, I'll all for it.' And we've been good. We're 3-1.

It's been a long time since our folks have enjoyed football success.
